Let’s contribute to Angola’s Growth

Ramos Ferreira Angola has been expressing its support for the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, sharing his ideals for the development of Angola, and embracing many of the causes that are on the poster today.

In addition to this manifesto, he also intends to be an active voice and cooperate with his contribution, making his concerns and suggestions for improvement drawn up based on his experience and experience of more than 10 years in Angolan territory and being close to the people come to the Executive. Ramos Ferreira has around 220 Angolan technicians on staff, making it embrace more than a thousand Angolans in their family spheres.

In Angola, it has already created its first Public Petition dedicated to the topic of Public Procurement, which is currently being debated in the National Assembly, in favor of a more transparent and better Angola, with the following purpose:

It is known that Law 20/10 of September 7 qualified both contracts for the lease of movable or immovable property and the acquisition of movable and immovable property as public;

Strangely, the law of June 16, 2016 excludes from the public procurement rules the lease or acquisition of real estate, despite the fact that it will add the regime for public works contracts;

For this reason, what should qualify and be subject to public rules and control, now falls, in humble opinion, wrongly, in the aegis of civil law;

And this, although considered as a priority work by the State, in full force of the State of Emergency.

In Portugal there is a Petition going on which we will share again below and which you can also contribute with your signatures to a fight that is not only ours, it belongs to all the Angolan people and everyone in general that fight for justice and transparency.

We count on you!

https://peticaopublica.com/pview.aspx?pi=PT101145
